Tyler Killette and Keeley LaForme implement strategic communications plans for clients
B2 Communications has promoted Tyler Killette and Keeley LaForme from account coordinators to account executives. Both Killette and LaForme work on projects involving media relations, content creation, social media and implementing strategic communication plans for the firm’s clients.
Both Killette and LaForme joined B2 Communications in January 2016.
At B2, Killette works with real estate and development clients such as Lennar and Colliers International Tampa Bay, Central & Southwest Florida, with a focus on media relations, content creation and community relations. She also works with Fisher Phillips, a labor and employment law firm, and Prevent Needless Deaths, a child safety awareness campaign.
Prior to joining B2, Killette was the marketing coordinator for St. Petersburg-based law firm Englander Fischer, where she managed the firm’s marketing, public relations, advertising, social media and event planning. She has also previously worked as a city government reporter for Ledger Media Group and as a content creator for The Symphony Agency, a digital media firm.
LaForme works with such clients as USAmeriBank, SPCA Tampa Bay and Marlow’s Tavern, and is heavily involved in their public relations initiatives, including media relations, content creation and strategic planning, for each account.
Before joining B2, LaForme was the marketing communications specialist for The Florida Holocaust Museum, managing the museum’s social media accounts and website, securing editorial coverage and writing news releases, direct mail pieces and other marketing materials. She previously worked as a staff writer and editorial assistant at the Tampa Bay Times in the newspaper’s Tampa and Brandon/Riverview bureaus.
