Leah Saunders, account executive at Bayview, will soon lead the Tampa Bay chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association (FPRA) as President for the 2012-2013 year. With the help of a very dedicated Board of Directors, Leah will oversee the non-profit organization’s monthly professional development programs, chapter communication, membership, community involvement, and treasury.
She will assume the position after FPRA’s 74th annual conference in St. Augustine in August. While at the conference, Leah will be honored in FPRA’s Rising Leader Class of 2012, which recognizes seven young professionals for their personal dedication and demonstration of emerging leadership traits, along with dedicated active involvement in FPRA chapter activities, programs, functions and events.
She’s been involved with the chapter for the past three years, serving on the programs committee and most recently as president-elect.
