B2 Communications promotes Alana Siceloff to account executive

B2 Communications has promoted Alana Siceloff from account coordinator to account executive. She works on projects involving media and community relations, content creation, social media, and implementing strategic communications plans.

Since joining B2 in August 2016, Siceloff has worked with clients including Paramedics Plus, The Dawson Academy and Community Foundation of Tampa Bay on public relations initiatives. She also works as an editorial coordinator for The Tampa Bay 100, a bi-weekly e-newsletter produced by B2.

“Alana has become a key player on the B2 team. Her promotion reflects her professional development and continued growth to provide clients with smart, strategic communications,” said Missy Hurley MacFarlane, APR, co-founder and principal of B2 Communications.

Her PR efforts have attracted national recognition. In 2017, Sunstar Paramedics’ “New Hire Process Improvement” campaign, in which Siceloff played a major role, was recognized by the American Ambulance Association’s AMBY Awards in the public relations category. The annual awards recognize excellence, outstanding service and dedication in the ambulance profession.

Siceloff most recently worked with RBD Distributors in Orlando, where she served as the marketing, communications and events specialist. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations and a dual minor in sport business management and psychology. She’s also a member of the Tampa Bay chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association.

Congratulations Alana!
