B2 public relations director Rachel Pratt brings 15 years of experience in public relations, public affairs, and governmental relations to the agency. 

Throughout the course of her career, Rachel has developed national and statewide campaigns, secured partnerships for Fortune 500 companies, worked with elected officials on legislation impacting Florida cities, guided nonprofits through crisis situations, and executed strategic plans for internationally known hotels. Some of her past clients include Marriott, Nestlé, Appartments.com, The League of Women Voters of Florida, U.S. Census, The Fines and Fees Justice Center, TaxSlayer, and more. 

A self-proclaimed media maven, she is skilled at keeping her clients in the news through her expertise in media relations, strategic planning and client relations. Her clients have been featured in publications such as Wall Street Journal, The Economist, Parents Magazine, Bloomberg, Huffington Post, AFAR, Barron’s, Redbook, HGTV Magazine, Oprah Magazine, CNN, CBS National News, The Drew Barrymore Show, The Miami Herald, Orlando Sentinel, Tampa Bay Times, Florida Times-Union, Pensacola News Journal, and more.

Rachel understands the legislative process and has previously worked with the Florida League of Cities, Greenberg Traurig, and Associated Industries of Florida. She has helped corporations doing business in the state strengthen and protect their reputation, pass legislation, and regularly generates positive media coverage for clients on issues of importance to their customers, constituents and stakeholders.

Pratt was recognized by the the Florida Public Relations Association’s Capital City Chapter in 2021 for a Black Lives Matter campaign with sustainable company Anact and SurfearNEGRA. Pratt was able to spread positive news stories and profiles highlighting the founders of these companies.

Rachel received a bachelor’s degree in political science and public policy with a minor in communications from Florida State University. She lives in Tallahassee with her husband and two children. She is a music lover who enjoys going to concerts, especially Dave Matthews Band shows.
