How do you publicly position a client as a foremost expert on eye care?
As a company that partners with health insurance providers nationally to manage eye care services, Premier Eye Care sought new ways to talk about its sophisticated technology and standing as a top workplace.
B2 developed a tailored communications program for Premier to reach target audiences including business partners and potential employees. B2 developed a strategy focused on showcasing how the company is a top workplace, while positioning team members as eye care experts who are leaders in their business and nonprofit communities.
The strategy includes media relations through expert positioning in guest columns, as well as community relations activities like award submissions, that help bolster the company’s reputation and visibility. Working with public relations partner Williams Consulting Group, B2 also provides copywriting and direction for the company’s website and advertising.
Premier Eye Care has been consistently named a top workplace, including as one of the nation’s “Best Places to Work for Millennials” in 2015, and being named one of the Best Places to Work by Florida Trend magazine for five years, 2013 to 2017.
B2 has also helped highlight the work of Premier Eye Care CEO Lorna Taylor, both as the company’s leader and her leadership in the community. As several examples, the Tampa Bay Times interviewed her after she participated in a panel on the gender pay gap, and Florida Trend magazine featured Premier’s highly successful approach to employee engagement.
